You never have to pack anything up or ship it back. If your Angel Pillow or Angel Bed mattress isn't right for you, donate it to someone who can use it, send us proof, and we'll refund you.

The Angel Pillow: 60-night trial

This trial covers Angel Pillows bought on their own. Your trial starts the day your pillow is delivered. Sleep on it. A pillow can't prove itself in the box, and used pillows are welcome under the trial. You can start a return any time within your first 60 nights.

How to return a pillow

Tell us. Email angelpillow.co@gmail.com within 60 nights of delivery with your order number.
Cut off the Angel label. Remove the Angel brand label from the pillow and take a photo of the label next to the pillow.
Donate or recycle the pillow. Take it to a charity, shelter, animal shelter, or textile recycler, and ask for a receipt that shows the organization's name and the date.
Send us your proof. Reply to our email with the photo and the receipt within 30 days of starting your return.
Get your refund. We refund you within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your proof.

Not every donation center accepts used pillows. Animal shelters and textile recyclers often do. If you can't find one near you, email us and we'll help.

Pillow details

Multi-packs: you can return some or all of the pillows in a 2-pack or 3-pack. Each pillow is refunded at its share of the pack price.
Limit: one trial return per household.
International orders: the same 60-night trial and donation process apply. Customs duties and import taxes are not refundable by us.

The Angel Bed mattress: 365-night trial

This trial covers the Angel Bed mattress ordered online at sleeplikeanangel.com, whether you buy it on its own or as part of the Angel Sleep System. Your body needs time to adjust to new support, so give it at least 30 nights. After that, you can start a return any time up to your 365th night. Your trial starts the day your mattress is delivered.

How to return a mattress

Tell us. Email angelpillow.co@gmail.com between night 30 and night 365 with your order number.
Cut off the Angel label. Remove the Angel brand label from the mattress and take a photo of it next to the mattress. Leave the federal law label attached, since many charities require it.
Donate the mattress. Give it to a charity, shelter, or nonprofit that accepts mattresses, and get a receipt that shows the organization's name and the date.
Send us your proof. Reply with the photo and the receipt within 30 days of starting your return.
Get your refund. We refund the mattress price within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your proof.

If no organization near you will accept your mattress, email us and we'll help you find an option.

Mattress and system details

Bought as a system: the refund is the mattress price only, not the full system price.
Condition: the mattress must be free of stains, tears, burns, and pet damage. We recommend a mattress protector.
Your Angel Pillows: the pillows included with a system are yours to keep. Nothing is deducted for them.
Adjustable base: the base is not part of the 365-night trial and can't be returned unless it malfunctions. It is covered by its 20-year limited warranty, including 3 years of in-home service. If your base arrives damaged or stops working, contact us and we'll make it right under the warranty.
Limit: one trial return per household.

What we refund

We refund the price you paid for the returned item, plus sales tax, to the original payment method. For a mattress returned from a system, that is the mattress price. Shipping charges, express shipping, and white glove delivery fees are not refundable. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Damaged or defective

If anything arrives damaged or develops a defect, email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. The Angel Bed mattress carries a 25-year limited warranty and the adjustable base a 20-year limited warranty, separate from the trial.

Gifts

Received an Angel Pillow as a gift? You can use the trial yourself. Email us with the order number, or the purchaser's name and email, and we'll take care of it with you. Because refunds go to the original payment method, a gift refund is credited to the person who bought it.
