Angel Pillow rates

  • Standard U.S. shipping: $30 per order (arrives 2–7 business days after it ships)
  • Express U.S. shipping: $50 per order (arrives 1–3 business days after it ships)
  • International: carrier rates (USPS or DHL Express) calculated at checkout

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Processing & Delivery

Pillow orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment your pillow ships. Standard U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days of shipping, and express orders within 1–3.

The Angel Sleep System and mattress

We deliver the mattress, the adjustable base and the complete Angel Sleep System anywhere in the contiguous U.S. The pillow rates above don't apply to them. Their delivery pricing and timing will be set before ordering opens this November and shown before you order, along with full-service white glove delivery, where we bring everything into the room you choose, set it up, and take the packaging with us. Reserve early access to hear first.

International Orders

We ship the Angel Pillow internationally — exact rates and carrier options (USPS or DHL Express) are shown at checkout once you enter your address. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country; these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns: donate it, don't ship it

Angel Pillows bought on their own come with a 60-night trial, and the Angel Bed mattress comes with a 365-night trial when you order online (returns from night 30). If it isn't right for you, you never ship it back. Cut off the Angel label, donate or recycle the item, then email us a photo of the label and the donation or recycling receipt. We'll refund the price you paid plus sales tax within 5 to 10 business days; for a mattress from a system, that's the mattress price plus sales tax. Shipping charges are not refundable. Angel Pillows included with a system are yours to keep, and the adjustable base can't be returned unless it malfunctions; it's covered by its 20-year limited warranty. Bought in a Texan Mattress showroom? The store's return policy applies.
